How to buy a photograph

• Click on the gallery that contains your photos and wait a moment for the photos to appear. You can double click any photo to enlarge it and you can zoom in further by using the + button (and – button to shrink the view)
• add the photo/s you would like to purchase to your basket by clicking on the white shopping trolley on the top right corner of the photo. The trolley colour will turn from white to red. Once you have selected all the photos you want to purchase, scroll to the top and click on the “checkout” button (which will turn to blue and show the number of items you have added)
• Click on checkout and then either:
  • create an account if you are a first time user by entering your name, email and password
  •  login using your email and password if you have already created an account
• At the next screen confirm your order by clicking “checkout” or edit/remove items if you change your mind
• At the last screen enter your Card details and complete the purchase

TROUBLESHOOTING NOTE: It is possible that you may encounter problems while going through steps 1-6. This is usually due to mobile or wifi coverage dropping out. You should not have to wait more than 10secs (20secs max) to progress. If you do encounter problems please log-off from BossFotos, clear your browsing history and launch a new “incognito/private” browser and try again. IF you are still unsuccessful then a short term solution is to try another device (eg move from iPhone to Mac)
