Preparing for your event

Sourcing Photographers – simply email us at info@bossfotos.com if you would like us to organise photographers for you, noting the number of photographers, location, type of event and preferred budget. In many instances (eg SLSCs) you will have your own volunteer photographers. Simply put them in touch with us and we will guide them through the simple photo loading process

Photo Pricing – this is totally your call, though after years of experience we would be happy to give you guidance on the optimal price of a single photo and subsequent purchases. If you choose to give the photos away for free that is fine too, but there will be a small (<$0.1 per photo) charge if our Facial Recognition technology is used.

Sales proceeds split – again this is totally your call. You may wish to pay the photographer a fixed rate and you receive the sales proceeds, or you may prefer to let the photographer keep the proceeds (generally a good option for small events) or we can accommodate any percentage split you may decide on.
