Getting the photo name/reference for the help desk

From time to time you may need the original photograph name for Bossfotos to source the photograph on your behalf from the photographer. Follow this process to get it.

Find the photograph you are looking for in Bossfotos as per usual ie by browsing the gallery or using bib or facial recognition. Once you have found the photograph:

On Mobile:

Click on the eye in the bottom left corner of the image. That will open up a popup showing you the photo name and which gallery it came from. If you send that info to info@bossfotos.com they can try source the original for you.

On Desktop/PC:

Click in the centre of the photograph…

This will open the photograph in carousel mode. In the top left corner you will see the photo details, name and gallery. Send those details to info@bossfotos.com to source the original.
